Chef/New Product Development Expert (KHI)
A qualified chef from an accredited institute with work experience exceeding 5 years within a restaurant environment. Must be creative with food of an international standard. Should be able to produce new products; have an excellent understanding of ingredients & produce; undertake responsibility for daily operations in the commissary; implement healthy and safe food hygiene practices; recruit/train assistants (as required).
