Applications are invited for appointment to the following vacant posts on contract basis for Benazir Income Support Programme. Candidates fulfilling the following qualifications/experience may apply.

1. Assistant Director (Media) No. of Posts: 3
Qualification and Experience: Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Media Management, or equivalent qualifications from an HEC recognized University/Institution. Having at least 5 years of progressive career including 3 years experience in media related field. Liaison with national and international media, excellent working skills in Urdu & English languages & excellent communication skills. Copywriting experience is critical with developing and implementing media plans and strategies to achieve specific aims and objectives. Excellent hands on experience of verbal and written communication skills and experience in writing media release  articles and externally focused communications for a range of audiences . Ability to launch media campaigns is a must, Hands-on knowledge of media theory and media terminology, including traditional and social media reference, planning and executing broadcast, print, outdoor and other traditional media outlets, reporting of non-traditional social media platform marketing and ability to determine effective media usage by providing research information and awareness and knowledge of different media and social media tools and methods, proven creative, technical and analytical skills Creative wring and production experience for broadcast and print, hands-on experience of Ms. Office, Social media platforms Hoot Suit and other social media technical based platforms. Proficient in computer software application.

2. Assistant Director (Field Administration) No. of Posts: 02

Qualification and Experience: Postgraduate degree preferably in public administration, Business Administration, finance, law, economics or equivalent, having at least 5 years of progressive career including 3 years proven experience of working of working in Government  corporate sector. Practical knowledge of the substantive field work in general and of specific areas being supervised ability to produce reports and papers, monitor & evaluate the work of others hands on experience to apply public/ private regulation, policies and guidelines in work situations demonstrate professional competence and mastery of subject matter, is conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results . Should be proficient in computer software applications.

3. Admin Officer (HR) No. of Posts: 01
Qualification and Experience: Postgraduate degree preferably in HR, Business, Public Administration or equivalent from an HEC recognized university/institution, having at least 5 years of progressive career including 3 years experience in public/private sector across all HRM disciplines, including recruitment training and development compensation, employee relations. HRMIS to fully exploit the system’s ability to produce management information in relation to the organization human resources. Practical experience working with a diverse workforce Prior experience working with corporate sector will be a plus Proficient in computer software applications.

4. Graphic Designer No. or Posts: 01
Qualification and Experience: Bachelor degree in Graphic Design / Media & Communication / Fine Arts or in a related field. A person having strong practical background in graphic design, design software. Basic understanding of web development is required. 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in working with communication media, and specific experience in Graphic Design.

5. Research Officer No. of Posts: 10

Qualification and Experience: Fresh Master’s degree holders preferably in Mass Communication, Statistics. Sociology, Economics or Equivalent, from an HEC recognized University/institution with preferably 1 year experience as a Research Fellow or Internship in a public/private sector organization.

6. Assistant Media Officer No. of Posts 04

Qualification and Experience: Postgraduate degree preferably in HRM/Business/Public Administration or equivalent from a HEC recognized University/Institution. Having at least 4 years of progressive career including 2 yeas experience in public/ private sector across all HRM disciplines, including  recruitment , training and development compensation, employee relations, HRMIS to fully exploit  the system’s ability to produce management information in relation to the organization human resources Practical experience working with a diverse workforce. Prior experience working with corporate sector will be a plus Proficient in computer software applications.

8. Media Assistant No. of Posts: 01
Qualification and Experience: Graduate with computer proficiency Minimum 3 years media related experience including liaison with national and international media, working skills in Urdu & English languages & excellent computer and communication skills

9. Assistant Complaint No. of Posts: 6
Qualification and Experience: Graduate. Must possess excellent computer and communication skills. Females with 1 year call centre experience will be preferred.

10. Data Entry Assistant No. or Posts: 4
Qualification and Experience: Graduate preferably with minimum speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour.

11. Assistant No. of Posts: 11
Qualification and Experience: Graduate from HEC recognized University and computer proficient

12. Record Keeper (Media)
Qualification and Experience: Matriculation with typing speed of 30 W.PM & 3 years related experience. Must be computer proficient.

Qualification and Experience: Intermediate & computer literate
