- Handle day-to-day IT network operations for the region including but not limited to Configuration, Trouble-shooting, Monitoring and Fault isolation.
- Resolve network issues of LAN, WAN and Wireless LAN (active network equipment and passive LAN), VPNs, Firewall and AAA Server
- Assist in IP Data Networks / protocols and Cisco platform
- Understand operating systems (Windows & Linux)
- Should have thorough understanding of IP Data Networks / protocols and Cisco platform
- Should have good documentation skills
- Should have CCNP certification level , Juniper Networks / Platform
- Should be a team-player
- Should be pro-active & have an analytical approach
- Should have strong follow-up skills for assigned tasks till resolution
