ASSISTANT MANAGER, CLINICAL QUALITY DEPARTMENT OF SURGERY
The incumbent will support continuous clinical quality improvement initiatives in the department, collect and report data on Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation assist in developing systems for monitoring of high impact clinical quality indicators and practice guidelines and ensure timely closure of patient complaints.
Candidates should have an MBBS with at least 2-3 years work experience in a hospital environment dealing with issues of clinical quality. A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration or Health Policy Management and certification in clinical quality / auditing is desirable.
