Maintenance & Development Department:
GM Maintenance & Development:
Prerequisites:
- Sound technical knowledge of all mechanical equipment and large electrical drives.
- Familiar with PLC softwares.
- Ability to propose & coordinate plant improvement and modification work for reliability.
- Ability to coach and mentor the staff to ensure performance as per set goals and objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.E. (Mech./Electrical).
- Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Age: Minimum 40 years.
Sr. Manager Electrical & Instrumentation:
Prerequisites:
- Technical knowledge and work experience in high, medium and low voltage systems and products.
- Experience of providing engineering and technical support to contractors and end users in reference to design, specifications, field services coordination, installation and pre-commissioning, monitoring and checks.
- Performed load survey, electrical energy audit, proposed system improvement by performing calculation of short-circuit level, cable sizing, grounding, lighting levels with vendor oriented electrical engineering softwares.
- Design, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of microprocessor based traffic signaling system.
- Technical evaluation of tenders from KESC and WAPDA for 11KV switch-gear and distribution and instrumentation transformers.
- Familiar with local & international standards.
- Familiar with PLC's of different origins (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Fiji, Allen Bradley, etc).
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.E. (Electrical).
- Experience: At least 12 years of relevant experience.
- Age: Minimum 38 years.
Manager Mechanical Maintenance:
Prerequisites:
- Developing Preventive Maintenance Plans as per maintenance manuals.
- Involved in initiation of proactive maintenance.
- Managing projects and making sure that all deliverables are completed on time.
- Apply hands-on manufacturing knowledge for development of various machinery parts and their respective areas.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical / Industrial Engineering).
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Age: Minimum 35 years.
DM Hydraulic & Pneumatics:
Prerequisites:
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules of all hydraulic stations of the plant.
- Troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatics related jobs.
- Preparing failure analysis report in case of breakdown.
- Provide training of 7-S and Kaizen to relevant staff.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical)
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Age: Minimum 30 years.
DM Production Control & Maintenance:
Prerequisites:
- Prepare the Maintenance Plan.
- Implement Production & Maintenance Plan according to the specifications and schedule.
- Plan plant shutdown and incorporate it in the Master Production Plan.
- Develop contingencies, in case of unscheduled downtime.
- Coordinate with QC in case of product quality issues.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.E. (Mech. / Metallurgy / Materials).
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Age: Minimum 35 years.
DM Production Planning:
Prerequisites:
- Translate demand into production plan with scheduling and subsequent resource plan.
- Responsible for determining HRC specifications and quantity for procurement.
- Analyzes Plant Capacity Data and determines manufacturing processes and human resource requirements.
- Identifies and coordinates with relevant departments to resolve issues, if arise.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.E. (Mech. / Metallurgy / Materials).
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Age: Minimum 35 years.
Environmental Health & Safety Department:
Manager EHS:
Prerequisites:
- Managing and coordinating multiple Environmental, Health and Safety programs.
- Apply Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) principles in all areas of responsibility.
- Apply Environmental Management (ISO-14001) principles in all areas of responsibility.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical / Chemical).
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Human Resource Department:
T & D Executive:
Prerequisites:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups.
- Develop effective training programs to maintain or improve employee job skills.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities.
- Measure and record training effectiveness.
- Develop or obtain, training manuals, course materials and presentations.
- Establish relationships and coordinate training with external training programs.
- Ability to present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and / or lectures.
