An international donor funded organization is seeking applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions:
Position: Strategic Planning and Institutional Development Specialist Lahore
The individual will assist in developing strategic plans of partner university faculties of education in Pakistan, facilitate in organizing capacity building events (workshop, seminars, meetings, placement at service providers institutions, etc.) for university faculty on strategic planning. Facilitate the university in developing work breakdown structure of the faculty of education/institute of education & research/Department of education for each activity under the plan and M&E plan for it implementation.
Experience and Qualification:
· Masters’ degree in education social sciences, management of closely related discipline with attest 5 years of relevant experience
· Experience working with universities or university environment (preferably with or in a faculty of education)
· Proven planning, training and mentoring skills
· Willingness to travel frequently to the selected universities
· Fluent in English and Urdu (Writing, speaking and listening) and excellent IT skills
