The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is looking for a General Manager for its Resource Mobilization function. The ideal candidate should have a passion to change lives of the less privileged through quality education and un understanding of the TCF cause. The position is based at TCF’s Head Office in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with a large portfolio of local and overseas donors including corporations
Develop, implement and manage fund raising strategies to generate and maximize funds to meet the annual targets
Formulate and implement strategies to ensure financial stability through donors for the growth of TCF
Qualification & Experience:
MBA and/or other relevant degrees with 10 years of fund raising and/or B2B sales management experience.
Impeccable written and verbal communication and should demonstrate clarity of thought
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, forecasting & budgeting
Ability to lead, motivate, supervise and guide a dedicated team of portfolio managers
