• MSIB.E, (Civil/Environment) with min.8 & 10 years experience respectively in the operations and management of water works in Pakistan or abroad preferably donor funded projects.
• Experience of planning/designing of capital investment programs w/r/t water supply, sewerage & solid waste management, supervision of construction, procurement and preparation of master plans together with identification and mitigation of environmental and social impacts.
