The purpose of the job is to provide a professional customer service to all British Council customers through a range of mediums (face to face, email and phone).

Please note that the monthly salary range for this post is from BHD 540 to BHD 770.

Essential Experience and qualifications

    Minimum 1 year experience in marketing / customer service
