1) PROJECT MANAGER
Execute the project with the targeted best recourse to fulfi ll them at the
specifi ed scope, on time and within budget.
Should have 10-15 years of experience and good knowledge of FIDIC.
2) CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Supervise work teams for the effective delivery of daily objectives including the
control of work. Should have 8-10 years of experience.
3) PROJECT ENGINEER / SITE ENGINEER
Civil Engineering Degree holder, with 4-6 years experience and capable of
organizing and controlling large sections of works.
4) PLANNING ENGINEER
Graduate Civil Engineer, with 5-7 years experience in planning and monitoring
construction programs using Primavera. Should be able to carry out delay
impact analysis, with Gulf experience and good knowledge of FIDIC.
5) QUANTITY SUPERVSIOR / COST CONTROLLER
Graduate degree holder in quantity surveying of civil projects, with 5-7 years
experience as a QS within large civil contracting companies.
6) MEP COORDINATOR
Graduate; will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring MEP activities and
coordinating technical issues. Must have 5-8 years of experience.
7) QA/QC ENGINEER
Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC programs as per the
company’s quality policies and the contract specifi cation requirements of the
projects.
8) HS&E ENGINEER
Must hold a recognized qualifi cation in safety & have a 3-5 years of experience
in civil construction projects.
9) COST ACCOUNTANT
Should have 3 years experience in cost accounting especially in the
contracting fi eld.
