Key accountabilities   
-HSSE requirements and Compliance management system
Identify applicable legal and regulatory HSSE requirements
Devise appropriate compliance tasks to meet above requirements.
Agree actions and document accountabilities for compliance tasks
Ensure consistent GHG and Environmental Reporting across the region
Support the RC&E Director to implement compliance standards simplification strategy and to resolve conflicts and inconsistencies.
Conduct regular communications to engage regional leadership and workforce on CMS and notify them of new legislation
Share learning with other CMS Coordinators
Ensure consistency of local conventions with Global BP tools and workflows

-Training and CTM interface
Coach SMEs / compliance specialists on tasking strategy and upload new tasks and rules into CTM
Develop and deliver training and awareness sessions based on specific needs of target audiences
Update tasks in CTM as requested by SMEs
Maintain user accounts in CTM and update task assignments for personnel and organization changes

-Quality control and Audit
Facilitate audit of the effectiveness / status of the compliance management system in securing legal compliance
Identify key compliance risks for internal audit protocol design
Track status of compliance tasks, KPI’s
