Job Description as per following:
Administer & Organize the Chemical Laboratory (Chemistry Control) of the Station.
Review the analysis of process parameters of desalination, water treatment, chlorination plant, boiler feed water treatment and other power plant systems and keep the track of all these parameters for performance analysis on regular basis.
Identifying and evaluating quality problems suggesting solutions & recommending suitable corrective measures.
Co-ordination with Operation unit for the implementation of chemical treatment procedures to control the quality of desalinated , potable and treated boiler and feed water.
Preparation of Technical reports as desired by the Unit Head of Chemistry & Environment for the performance evaluation of the equipment/plants.
Develop procedures for chemical cleaning.
To enhance the environment
To enhance the sea water and product quality
To enhance chemistry of the plant
To monitor and find solutions to prevent corrosion
To ensure quality of the oil , fuel is closely monitored and are within the specifications
To assist in developing all necessary reports with regard to environmental issues and all related standards
To review the quality of closed and open system and propose procedure to enhance the quality
Closely monitor the deterioration rate related to corrosion and develop related actions to prevent it
To manage and approve chemicals and re qualify the suppliers.
Close monitoring of employees standards
