Well Operations Manager - Overview:

Well Operations Manager - the vacant position:
Provides leadership and direction to the team Well Operations, ensuring that the department has the resources and the skills and expertise of staff is available to support the delivery of business objectives and the team
* Ensures work programs are operationally sound, with clear priorities and objectives, and that projects are carried out safely and effectively, in full compliance with business practices, standards, procedures and guidelines and requirements.
* Responsible for monitoring the performance of many operations by benchmarking techniques recognized.

* Develop a very positive relationship with Centrica good examiner and regulatory agencies and ensures that the team of effective liaison with these partners at any time.
* Promotes continuous improvement and high performance in all aspects of drilling and well operations. Encourage the team to develop advanced technologies and innovative solutions that position Centrica as an industry leader.
* Provides peer review and / or risk assessment are determined for each well closed with shares allocated accordingly.
* Responsible for the capture and detailed analysis of lessons learned and events of the NPT.
* Used Process Owner for the process of drilling and well adopted in Trinidad and Tobago and ensures compliance with the group process.
* Directs the monitoring of partner-operated drilling and well in Trinidad and Tobago, safety and regulatory obligations Centrica internal operations of the partners are satisfied.
* It is a key member of the emergency response team, participating in training programs Rotas calls and, if necessary.
* Make regular visits to increase offshore onshore-offshore relationships / communication, participate in safety audits rigging, promote and support the Centrica / contractor safety initiatives / campaigns, etc.
