My client is a leader within the Banking Sector and is looking to grow the team within Doha, Qatar and recruit a Training Curriculum Developer.
The ideal candidate would be reporting to the Senior Manager; Learning and Resource Centre.
The responsibilities would include; reporting efficiently to the line manager with substantial feedback on individuals within the Bank. Must have the ability to create training modules and have them approved on time for specific training. Ensuring that all modules created have certification and are related to the job role. Ensure that staff is being developed from the training modules. Have experience in working with 3rd party vendors.
