PHA is developing a marketing strategy to sell its remaining floor and commercialization of future projects. Applicants must pre-qualification is marketing groups / Consultant-cum-real estate appraiser.
Scope of Services
Formulation and evaluation of a global marketing strategy of the project
By his own account, advertising PHA housing program
Analyze the cost and selling houses
Monitoring the recovery of payments
Carry out research to assess market trends and the Project PHA (current and future projects)
Develop and implement a marketing plan
Follow all the marketing initiatives and create a weekly report / monthly
Maintaining and updating information on existing and potential customers / allottess.
Other services for effective marketing
Pre-qualification criteria
(1) The personal / company profile and detailed CVs of staff.
(2) Experience with Mega real estate projects with documentation
(3) a network of offices in major cities of Pakistan and the application of foreign county
(4) Expertise in legal issues, mortgage issues, especially in similar projects.
(5) The financial strength of the evidence
(6) a commitment that the company has never been blacklisted by any Government. / Semi Govt. / Be Associate Department / authority (if applicable)
(7) The audited financial sheet for last 3 years with an annual turnover of the company for the last 5 years
(8) The certificate from the client, such as those whose services were rendered.
(9) The selection is based on technical knowledge and skills only.
Interested candidates should apply to the MD of the PHA, resulting in a work experience of complete and detailed work under the scope of services and selection criteria within 15 days. Preselected groups marketing / Consultant-cum-real estate appraiser must submit full proposals, including presentations.
