Job Description:
Due to continued growth, Wish Communications require an experienced implementation coordinator. Accountable for the migration and implementation of new contracts and solutions. With a Telecoms background you will be adept in working in a fast paced, dynamic and pressured environment. Based from our HQ in Towcester but covering the UK, you will be expected to support the operations team by visiting customer sites and our Offices to ensure their expectations are surpassed with every delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
· Co-ordinate multiple deliveries of simple and complex solutions to small and medium sized enterprises.
· Stock Delivery implementation.
· Provide onsite, basic implementation support such as blackberry provisioning and training, phone unlocking and overseeing the port day.
· Identify and manage risks, issues & dependencies
· Accurate & timely measurement and reporting, of all in flight deliveries
· Own the customer relationship from order placement through to connection
· Deliver a smooth transition by working alongside the Branch Co-ordinators.
· Delivering the Vodafone Monthly Connection target.

Person Specification:
Skills
The successful candidate must have the following capabilities and competencies;
Required:
Excellent Communicator, both written and verbal
Knowledge of mobile and/or fixed line telecommunications
Works from own initiative
Strong stakeholder management
Excellent organisation, keen eye for detail and accuracy
Desirable:
Understanding of Project Management methodologies (Prince, ITIL etc.)
Awareness of Unified Communications
Knowledge of broadband technologies
Qualifications/Experience
The successful candidate must have the following;
Required:
Maths and English GCSE (or fully comparable qualification) Grade C or above
Previous dealings with the public either face to face or over the telephone
Desirable:
ITIL Foundation
Prince 2 Foundation
