Human Resources Manager in Islamabad
(70% in the field and 30% in Islamabad), position (1)
Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) is responsible for the preparation and implementation of personnel policies, applying the
Human resources best practices, and activities of the monitoring program to anticipate future needs of human resources.
Requirements:
Master in human resource management, sociology, a lawyer or a related field with considerable (at least 3-5 years) experience as a human resources professional with a good knowledge of the administration of recruitment, payroll and benefits, training and development and management team.
The experience of communication in different cultural settings work. Experience in the humanitarian field, preferably as part of a management team in the country. Ability to work with subordinates, colleagues and support staff at all levels. Must have strong leadership and training skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of MS Office (Excel high domain): work with computers at home with minimal IT support. Human resources policies consistently applied and comfortable touch. Excellent communication skills oral and written are a must.
