They have openings for the role of a Head - Front Office Technology and for the role of a Development manager both of whom would be reporting to Head - India Development Centre.

Mandates
The most important criterion is for the person to have an aggressive personality and possess outstanding managerial skills. This role will require the person to interact with traders sitting on the trading floor day in and day out and win business for the India Development centre and also manage a team of 40 people.
- 12-17 years of work experience experience.
- Strong Front office technology background (Knowledge of Equity trading systems a plus)
- Investment Banking or Capital markets background (knowledge of Equity derivatives a plus)
