The head of the Base (HOB) is responsible for managing the database Timergara. Thw board is responsible for all administration, logistics and financial aspects of the database. He / she lookafter all safety and security concerns. Database manager is the representative chosen by the base and will be responsible for any kind of coordination.
Requirements:
Masters in management, human resources management, finance, public administration or related fields is considerable (at least 3 years) experience in personnel management and office / Base Coordination of experience in financial and managerial capacity, non-governmental environment. And 'organized and proactive, able to make decisions and set priorities, capacity analysis, synthesis and reporting must be able to work independently Strong computer skills (MS Office). Skills excellent command of written and spoken English Pushto and English, communication and presentation skills, supervisory skills and management.
