Deputy Director (Planning), Zulfikarabad Development Authority (ZDA)
Roles and responsibilities:
Understand the overall plans for the Mega City project, which provided a framework city requirements in line with the strategic objectives ZDA.
The development of sustainable urban planning and efficient use of municipal land.
Identify institutional barriers geographical and economic infrastructure development and propose effective solutions for board (eg the impact of infrastructure development in areas vulnerable to natural disasters, etc.)
There is a wide knowledge and understanding of building regulations in Pakistan and the International Building Code.
Interpreting the policy planning legislation to facilitate the development of the city and produce advanced regulator physical design recommendations.
Plans to assist the Director in carrying out the quantitative analysis of planning data and other techniques for using software / computer skills.
Prepare with the Director of Planning (plans Mater) table of activities and deliver on time.
Assist the Deputy Director of the project design documents and working papers prepared for the approval of the project, including roads. Bridges and similar infrastructure development.
Deputy Director and Deputy Director of Planning should draw attention to other team members to the effects of technical developments of landscape and planning recommendations Zulfikarabad specific areas by conducting site visits and field .

Deputy Director (Management Plans) to streamline the approval process for the reduction of working time.
Academic qualifications and experience
Degree in urban planning or urban and regional planning, such as structures or transport infrastructure with the knowledge of Pakistan Building Code and International Building Code.
Deputy Director (Management Plans) will have 5 years of professional experience in areas of interest include: urban planning, buildings (commercial and noncommercial, bridges), the port and docks, new knowledge in the areas of water management, solid waste management, power grids, telecommunications, earth observation and networking is preferred.
