Alarm Installation Engineer field based covering Midlands/Central Region to install, maintains and repairs Intruder, CCTV, Access Control and associated Security products, to the required quality and safety standards and a high level of customer satisfaction.

* Base salary from £16k to £24k, package c. up to £27k dependent on experience
* Field Based: Midlands/ Central Region
* Please note this role will involve working evenings and weekends and emergency cover
Alarm Installation Engineer, The Role:-
* Install Security Systems to the required standards and regulations.
* Deliver excellent customer service throughout all aspects of the job and make sure service targets are met
* Where possible achieve “First Time Fix” for repairs, and where further visits are required ensure this is communicated to both the customer and back office
* Maintain customer service “Out Of Hours” and where required attend site within 4 Hours to carry out corrective action.
* Carry out Home Security Surveys and prepare quotes\estimates to ensure all opportunities are taken to create new business and increase revenue and profitability for British Gas and the Dyno Group.
Alarm Installation Engineer, Person:-
* Relevant experience with an approved security company, having undertook installation, service and repair activities.
* Must be self-reliant and responsible, and able to demonstrate pride and effort in anything you undertake.
* Excellent Customer Focus and Communication Skills
