Interalia have the following attributes:
* Possess good reputation as a researcher and academician have close familiarity with academic functions in both classroom instruction and administration.
* Experience in management education.
* Ability and experience in resource mobilization.
* Leadership qualities for policy development in relation to the efficient and effective management of all affairs of the college.
* It should have an MA / MSc degree in any subject at a famous university.
* There must be no more than 55 years of age, January 31, 2012.
* You should have at least ten years of experience in heading the institution (preferably in a similar institution).
* It should be the chief medical institution located 6000 m above sea level.
Terms and conditions:
* The successful candidate will be offered a contract for two years, employment may be extended by agreement between the Bog and the employee.
* The starting salary will be negotiated based on skills and experience of the candidates. He will be entitled to free semi furnished accommodation, transportation, medical and other allied facilities.
