Required skills:
• University Degree/ Diploma in Engineering
(Mechanical) or equivalent
• Ten (10) years of experience in a supervisory/
managerial role
• Knowledge of business, project, operations
management, management principles and practices.
• Planning, organizing, decision-making
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and
written) both in Arabic & English
• Influencing and leading, delegation, team work,
negotiation, conflict management, adaptability,
stress tolerance
• Willing to work on flexible hours
• Knowledge of First Aid, work place safety and
safe handling procedures
• Knowledge of inspection and applicable bylaws
procedures
• Team leadership and time management & IT skills
• Must be on transferable sponsorship
• Possessing a valid Qatari driving license
