Position: Chief Financial Officer

The candidate's responsibilities will include:

Provide leadership in the development of ongoing evaluation of short-term financial objectives and long term. Make sure that the bank's credibility by providing timely and accurate analysis of the Budget Committee, economic development and forecasting.

Manage the financial forecasting process and budgeting.
Make recommendations to the strategic plan to improve financial performance and business opportunities.
Relationship key person / point of contact with regulators, including SBP and SECP, rating agencies and financial markets.

Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with the applicable accounting framework and the federal, state and local laws and regulations of the financial reporting and tax.

Qualifications and requirements:

The candidate must be a member of a recognized professional accounting and a graduate from a recognized university or equivalent, have an exposure of the banking sector in accordance with applicable laws and requirements (including but not limited to the Code of Corporate Governance and SBP prudential regulations and other requirements.) 10-12 years of experience in handling financial or business affairs in a bank, including 5-7 years in the capacity of the CFP. The upper age limit to 45 years (relaxing in deserving cases).
